Now I am focusing on providing a driving school with support for other instructors as well. I want to provide the same customer service that I have shown with my learners to any instructors who wish to work with me in this new venture.

  The mission of this driving school is to provide quality instruction for all types of learner driver at whatever stage of learning they are at. Also we want to have a driving school in which the instructors will be proud to be associated with. That provides excellent support in various aspects. Including help setting up and hosting franchisee websites should they so wish.

  When I left BSM to go independent I realised that this kind of help would have been greatly received and would have encouraged me to remain in a franchise if it were offered at a reasonable fee. But alas the franchise support I received was severely lacking what I would have hoped for the fee being charged.

  We hope that we will be able to offer a suitable franchise support package at a more reasonable price, so as to help other ADI’s and PDI’s prosper in their future careers. We will never hold anyone back by preventing them from leaving the franchise. But we would also hope that with the support offered that our franchisees would not want to leave in the first place.
