Testimonials

“ Brilliant with nervous drivers

I recently passed my driving test with Tom. While Tom is focused and straight to the point I also found him to be friendly, approachable and jovial. He was also very patient on occasions when my nerves got the better of me and tailored his lessons at a pace which suited me, so I did not feel under pressure at any stage. I particularly appreciated the motorway lesson shortly after passing my test, which quickly allayed my fears of driving on motorways. Tom is extremely knowlegeable and his passion for helping others to learn to drive is evident, therefore I would happily recommend him. ”

My Story

I started training to be a Driving Instructor back in 2017 while my wife was learning to drive as I seemed to be teaching her more than her now retired driving instructor. Having been trained by The AA/BSM I took out a trainee franchise which changed to a full franchise upon my qualifying. I wasn’t happy with them so I left to become independent.

Since I went independent, I realised that there were things that I could have used help with in the long run, so I looked into what was out there and decided that I would be as well starting my own driving school with the offer of the kind of assistance that I would have liked as a franchisee of a driving school. For example help with setting up a decent website and advice for getting your name out there to attract new learners.
